This is my 2nd trip to Tunis Grand Hotel this year. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Lovely rooms, clean and spacious. I had WiFi working in all areas of hotel. Great quality food and nice ambiance. Terrace area is really gorgeous and pool is lovely in the hot weather. The Evenings in the terrace are lovely and all the area in lit up and has a lovely atmosphere. I will definitely be going back again x

Very nice lounge bar at the 5th floor in this hotel with orchestra and hi-tech approach. What to say about pastries, simply "delicious"? My favorite dish was probably the morning omelette with this unique flavor that makes you want to ask for the recipe to the chef... Nice location, pool, bedroom and personnel...YSD.

The hotel is situated in a nice area, quite close to the airport and to the city centre but neighbourhood is quiet, you can hear some noise coming from "La Cinquième" bar though if your room looks towards it.Rooms are very big and well equipped but somehow "empty", I think they should put a bit more furniture giving the size of the room.Nice bar in the lobby for a relaxing drink after a working day or, more fashionable, La Cinquième on the fifth floor in a building next to the Hotel (but still part of it).I have not tried neither breakfast nor the restaurant.

I have recently come back from staying a week at this hotel. Absolutely amazing! The staff were friendly. The service was great. We had booked large room to deliver training and they always went above and beyond during my stay. The WiFi was great during the day, but then could be intermittent in the evening but was nothing to worry about as the pool side was busy and there was a great atmosphere. The staff speak little English, but always tried to help where ever they could and would always greet me when in passing. The food, well what can I say? It was amazing! The breakfast, lunch and evening meals were absolutely amazing and don't understand why some people have said it needs improving. Rooms are always made and the hotel was clean. The pool was crystal clear and would always be cleaned every morning when I would go out on my balcony for a smoke. My room size was great and the bathroom was emaculate. Although the poolside does get bust at night, the noise was tolerable and did not go on for longer than necessary. The conference room that we had book did get a little warm even though the AC was on max, but that added to the experience. We always have fresh water bottles in the conference room in the morning and replenished in the afternoon. They reception staff were always friendly & help me on my check out when I could not locate my wallet (my fault as forgot where I had placed it). After such a great week, I was reluctant to come back to England. This overall was a great first visit to Tunisia and my overall experience of the country was enhanced by the lovely hotel staff and amazing food. If I had to give a CON it would be that the larger fish needed to be in a bigger tank. Thank you for a great experience and I wish you all the best. I will definitely be booking this hotel in the future.
